At Fishpools, we want you to be delighted with your furniture and home accessories; if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process within 14 days of delivery for most items.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service department via email or phone within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return request and obtain a return authorization number.

  Prepare the Item

  Ensure the product is unused, unassembled, and repacked securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.

  Arrange Collection or Drop-off

  For smaller accessories, you may return them via post or in-store; for larger furniture pieces, we can arrange a professional collection service for a nominal fee.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item and confirms it meets our resale standards, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
